RF Vector Generators _ Analyzers

The PXI range of RF measurement equipment includes vector generators and RF signal analyzers, which can also be supplied with attenuators and preamplifiers to expand the dynamic range. The devices operate in the frequency range up to 26.5 GHz and have excellent characteristics in phase noise, signal-to-noise ratio and frequency response flatness in the instantaneous bandwidth.

RF signal conditioning modules

PXI programmable RF amplifiers and attenuators can be used alone or in conjunction with instrumentation to improve performance such as dynamic range and noise floor. Additional filtering modules are designed to further improve the selectivity and sensitivity when working with over-the-air signals.

Digital Signal Generators _ Analyzers

Devices for high-speed input / output of digital signals in the PXI format are intended both for the implementation of data exchange protocols and for testing and debugging digital interfaces implemented in various digital devices, as well as devices of mixed type (ADC, DAC, etc.).

IF signal generators

IF signal generators are intended for use in PXI automated test systems as arbitrary IF signal conditioners for testing and debugging digital signal conditioning and signal processing subsystems, as well as for transferring to the RF range using RF converters. The generators can generate radio signals with standard and custom modulation types (AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, MSK, GMSK, PSK, QPSK, PAM, QAM).

Digital oscilloscopes

NI Digitizers are flexible instrumentation designed to monitor IF signals in both the time domain and spectral domain by providing a wide range of digital sample processing functions in the LabVIEW graphics development environment and popular software packages. This flexibility allows the digitizers to be used both as standard modular instruments and as universal digitizing modules for complex radio measuring systems.

Switches for any connection

NI's PXI line of switches has more than 80 different modules to automate the connections of any signals ranging from electromechanical to FET relays, topology from simple switches to full matrices, channel design, bandwidth and other characteristics. 

Measurement modules for physical quantities

The line of instruments for measuring physical quantities includes modules for direct measurement of signals from various types of sensors: piezoelectric and bridge ones, for recording pressure and vibrations, thermocouples, thermocouples, optical sensors for monitoring parameters at a distance of up to 10 km without distortion.

PXI Timing Modules

PXI Timing Modules provide additional highly stable PXI module and chassis timing signals, differential trigger buses, and distributed meter timing. 

X-Series Data Acquisition Modules

The X-series is a line of the most efficient and modern data acquisition modules that can process signals with a resolution of 16 bits both in the mode of simultaneous digitization on all channels and in the multiplexing mode. Each module is equipped with four 32-bit counters, a 100 MHz clock unit for channel synchronization, and its own hardware measurement trigger circuits on each channel.

S-Series Data Acquisition Modules

The S-series is a line of data acquisition modules with simultaneous signal digitization. Each module is equipped with an additional buffer memory for temporary storage of an array of analog signal samples with a capacity of up to 128 MB. Due to the presence of built-in memory, the S-series modules allow the collection and processing of large volumes of signals in a continuous mode without loss of information.

X-Series Data Acquisition Modules
